Processing
Processing and sorting
The group runs one of the largest dry edible pulses processing plants in Türkiye, with Z+ Sortex optical sorting. Nuts and dried fruits are cracked, roasted, vacuum packed and packed for retail. Origin, grade and packing are confirmed with each quotation.

Volume and customers
The group trades around 200,000 tonnes of bulk commodities a year. Customers include packers in the Middle East, the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) and packers in the United Kingdom and Europe.
